KPMI Black Diamond stainless steel valves are precision-engineered one-piece forgings designed to provide exceptional strength, lightweight performance, and optimal flow characteristics. Developed using Finite Element Analysis software and proven on computerized flow benches, these valves deliver superior reliability under demanding engine conditions.
Each valve undergoes a specialized German impregnation process extending to a depth of 0.05 mm (0.002 in) with a 0.005 mm surface build-up to significantly reduce friction and enhance wear resistance. This treatment offers corrosion and wear protection far superior to traditional chrome or nickel electrolysis plating, ensuring extended service life.
